We like to say a great big thank you to everyone that came to see us at the Real Ale Festival
in Weston recently. We loved every minute of it, and judging by the amount of pulled pork and beef, slow smoked strip loin, steaks and wings we got through, you guys had a pretty good time too.
We had some great feedback, some lovely compliments and overall, an amazing three days.

The Weston Mercury were nice enough to do a little article on us recently, so a big thanks to everyone there for that. We will ply you with pulled pork next time we see you.

We love to barbecue the old fashioned way, over hot coals. Hence our name. And when we smoke our meats low and slow, they are all smoked with freshly chopped cherry wood from the local area.

We've just finished doing the Spring Tide Festival down in Weymouth.
Amazing weather, amazing people, but the most amazing thing by far was the slow smoked,
old spot pulled pork that we were serving for lunch...even if we do say so ourselves.
